Consider joining the Masonic Lights Program. It is listed as an awards program, but I have found that it is a well structured program that can help you on your way to further light. There are nine competencies in which to learn more about Masonry. If you look into the list of requirements for each, you will find lists of suggested books to read and may realize that much of what you already do is covered in the program. Though there are likely some that dread getting up in front of a group and presenting, one of the several optional requirements, doing so will enrich your lodge and make for a enlightening educational night.
Whether you decide to join or not, make an effort to learn something new on your own and then share with your brothers.
